Hatc Maintenance & Engineering Manager

Huntsman is seeking a HATC Maintenance & Engineering Manager supporting the Corporate Division located in HATC, The Woodlands, TX. This position will report to the VP R&D / Woodlands Operations.

Responsible for the management and oversight of all Maintenance & Engineering activities and personnel at the Huntsman Advanced Technology Center (HATC)a 200,000 sq.ft. chemical R&D laboratory. The job scope includes all site infrastructure maintenance and projects as well as support to laboratory equipment engineering and maintenance when applicable.

In summary, as the HATC Maintenance / Engineering Manager, you will :

• With minimal supervision and significant decision-making :
• Oversee all preventive maintenance and repair activities for all HATC infrastructure and facilities
• Responsible for direct supervision of all HATC maintenance personnel
• Oversee all facility contracts and contractors performing maintenance work at HATC
• Oversee all site managed engineering design and project management activities
• Develop, track, and control departmental expense and capital budgets
