Requirements  MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center is looking for a FULL TIME Locum to Perm Otolaryngologist to fill their need!

NOTE : do NOT contact any providers currently employed with MercyOne

Schedule :

Patient Contact Hours : 36Shifts per month : 1.0 FTEClinic Hours : 0730-1700Clinic Days : M-FProcedure / OR Days : When there is open time. We will work with the OR on scheduling casesOn Call : To be included in the call will be for inpatient and clinic coverage. Hospital coverage will be in Des Moines amp Clinic coverage will be in Clive. Call shifts for hospital amp hourly shifts for clinicInpatient Responsibilities : YesPhysician Nurse Ratio : 1 : 1Ancillary Staff per provider : 1 : 1Procedures offered in the practice : All ENT services are provided in this practice# Exam Rooms per Provider : 2 : 3Medical Imaging : Yes this service is available in the building just not the clinic itselfLab amp Pharmacy : Yes.
