Position : Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT)

Location : Egg Harbor Township, NJ

The client is seeking a visionary Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) to lead its expanding team as part of the systems bold Vision 2030 transformation dedicated to innovation, excellence, and compassionate care through partnerships with Drexel University and The Cleveland Clinic .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a growing ENT division aligned with Vision 2030 goals
• Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations of the ENT department
• Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care with focus on minimally invasive surgical techniques
• Collaborate with The Cleveland Clinic for interdisciplinary cancer care
• Utilize 5 Da Vinci Xi robotic platforms to drive innovation in surgical practices
• Lead and mentor 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers
• Develop research and educational initiatives with Drexel University
• Support community outreach to expand access and reduce disparities
• Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team committed to workforce development
• Benefit from robust surgical volume and guaranteed OR block time from day one
• Participate in a shared call schedule (1 : 4) with APP and hospitalist support
