We are seeking an experienced Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) LPN to fill our part-time , dayshift , weekends only (Saturdays & Sundays) Admissions Nurse position. We invite you to join our team!
Position Summary
The LPN Admissions Nurse delivers quality care to patients during the admission and readmission process in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
- Attended an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed / registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
