A company is looking for a Senior Director of UX Product Design.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive a cohesive UX strategy and design vision across the platform

Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of designers while fostering a collaborative design culture

Oversee the design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring quality and consistency

Required Qualifications

12+ years in Product / UX Design, including 5+ years in leadership roles

Proven success in building and scaling design organizations in SaaS or enterprise environments

Experience leading large-scale design initiatives with measurable business impact

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field

Expertise in modern design tools and AI-driven experiences
