Senior Project Manager - Healthcare

Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any deviations promptly. Ensure compliance with all healthcare construction regulations and safety standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams. Lead project teams to deliver exceptional results while fostering a collaborative environment. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and project outcomes.

A successful Senior Project Manager - Healthcare should have : a proven track record in managing healthcare construction projects; strong knowledge of construction management principles and healthcare-specific regulations; excellent communication and leadership skills to guide project teams effectively; ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently; a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
