Job Description
Professional level sales position capable of supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. The position is responsible for profitable growth of the commercial business via customer retention and growth. It partners with the GM to manage Team Members. The role requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, and second sources. The role involves directing drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This is a full-time position.

Essential Job Skills
Prior Experience
Minimum of 3 years in automotive parts preferred, with proven sales ability and team leadership experience.
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Certificates
ASE Certification preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Requires walking, standing, talking, hearing, handling, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
Work Environment
Primarily inside, with occasional outdoor work in various weather conditions, exposure to moving parts, chemicals, electrical risks, and moderate noise levels.
Position eligible for sales commission based on performance.
