About the Role :
We are seeking two personable and organized Tenant Coordinators to join our property management team—one based in San Carlos and the other in South San Francisco . These roles are ideal for candidates who enjoy being the go-to resource for tenants and thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Tenant Relations : Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, providing on-site support and ensuring a positive experience.
- Operations Support : Assist with daily operations, including coordinating meetings, events, and responding to tenant requests.
- Communication : Draft and distribute tenant bulletins, email blasts, and other communications.
- Move-In / Move-Out Coordination : Support tenant transitions by managing signage updates, card key access, and onboarding to work order systems.
- Event Planning : Help organize and execute tenant appreciation events and building activities.
- Conference Room Management : Oversee scheduling, coordinate A / V and IT support, and assist with tenant training on room usage.
- Vendor & Contact Management : Maintain up-to-date tenant and vendor contact lists.
- Accounts Receivable Support : Assist with reviewing rent statements, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting monthly billing processes.
Qualifications :
1–2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or administrative supportStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor and customer service mindset
