Key Responsibilities :
Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.
Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and supporting management with disciplinary actions.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), COBRA, and workers' compensation.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as internal policies and procedures.
Work with operations and leadership teams on workforce planning, performance management, and reducing employee turnover.
Coordinate health, safety, and training programs to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Assist in updating and enforcing company policies, employee handbook, and workplace standards.
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Represent the organization during audits, inspections, and workers' compensation cases when needed.
Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or similar settings.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (EEO, FMLA, OSHA, ADA, etc.).
Experience with benefits administration, workers' compensation, and safety programs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred.
Highly organized with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
