Key Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates through various channels and maintain an active talent pipeline
Screen and evaluate candidates, aligning their motivations with business needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate timely and effective hiring processes
Required Qualifications
1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or 2+ years with a High School Diploma / GED
Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces
Proficiency with job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication platforms
Prior experience in relevant fields such as Healthcare, Social Services, or Retail is a plus
