Key Responsibilities
Own the SDR playbook, including ICP / persona definitions and messaging matrix
Set territory and event strategies, aligning with Marketing and Sales
Manage daily SDR operations, including coaching and reporting
Required Qualifications
3+ years in outbound growth / SDR roles with 1-2 years in a leadership position
B2B enterprise or iGaming / SaaS experience
Mastery of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
Hands-on experience with contact discovery and automation tools
Strong coaching and analytical skills
