WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to meet the growing demand for primary care services at Franciscan Physician Network Crown Point Health Center in Crown Point, Indiana. Our family and internal medicine specialists see patients of all ages, from birth to seniors. Our providers diagnose and treat medical illnesses, provide preventive care such as annual checkups and health risk assessments, and provide guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In addition, they manage chronic conditions and can refer to specialists or coordinate hospital care as needed.

WHAT WE NEED :

Candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team oriented. The candidate will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Candidate will also have a desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve. They must display a professional skillset and be willing to build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT :

Flexible full-time schedule

Schedule includes one evening per week until 6 : 00 p.m.

Average outpatient volume : 16 - 18 patients per day

No call expectations

Qualifications :

Master's Degree - Required

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required

Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
