PrideStaff is looking for Manufacturing Inspector's
Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with quality control methods, tools, and equipment, such as calipers, gauges, and microscopes.
Visually inspecting welds for defects like cracks, porosity, and incomplete fusion, as well as verifying dimensions and compliance with specifications.
Ensures the quality and integrity of welds by inspecting, testing, and documenting work according to industry standards and specifications.
Preparing detailed inspection reports and maintaining accurate records of all welding activities
Inspect Products : Conduct visual and measurement tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report findings.
Quality assurance products comply with regulations.
Detect and evaluate product issues.
Perform testing or inspection of raw materials and / or products at various stages of the production process, in accordance with established quality standards
Perform tests and inspections of raw materials and / or products at different stages of the production process, evaluating aspects such as dimensions according to established quality criteria.
Segregate and manage rejected batches until their final disposal.
Technical knowledge of production and quality control processes
Knowledge of quality regulations
