Physician / New York / Locum tenens / Operational Site Lead (Social Work) Job

A health services organization in New York City is looking to add a newOperational Site Lead to their growing team in Manhattan. In this role, the Operational Site Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day management of complex direct service program.

Responsibilities :

TheOperational Site Lead will :

• Supportand leadday-to-day operational efforts to maintain a positive experience for individuals utilizing services

Providehands-on logistical support for the launch of new initiatives and / or expansion of existing initiative

Providetimely, routine reporting on a variety of items, including an inventory of critical personal protective equipment and other supplies, non-clinical staffing, and other quantitative or qualitative data, as directed.

Independently manageall aspects of the project lifecycle for assigned workstreams including planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery

Support leadership by ensuring they have all necessary operational and administrative tools and by proactively escalating high priority issues and risks for their review as appropriate

As required, overseeing the successful launch of sites or programs

Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership

Perform other related duties, as assigned

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree

Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Previous experience in Supportive Housing, Group Homes / Shelters, and / or with Migrant populations

Great interpersonal skills

Excellentcommunication skills (written and verbal)

Strong attention to detail

Highly organized

Desired Skills :

Previous experience in NYC government and / or Public Health entities / Hospitals / Community-based organizations

Experience managing a complex operation, particularly a 24 / 7 operation

Experience with Community Engagement and / or familiarity with local Community Service providers / Nonprofits

NYC area residency preferred.
