We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Coordinator – US Medical Billing & Product Enablement to join our enablement team. This role will support critical training and certification programs aimed at optimizing medical billing workflows and healthcare product adoption. If you have a passion for process improvement, training coordination, and data tracking, this role provides a unique opportunity to directly influence healthcare efficiency and compliance.

Role Overview

As the Program Coordinator , you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of learning programs, certification processes, and performance tracking initiatives related to medical billing operations and healthcare product enablement. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders—including billing, compliance, and product teams—and external vendors to ensure successful training delivery, consistent content management, and measurable program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Coordination

• Track and monitor program deliverables, learner progress, and key metrics across training, certification, and enablement initiatives.
• Develop and manage project timelines, task assignments, and milestone tracking to support successful program execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across internal teams (billing, product, compliance) and third-party vendors.
