Mechanical Claims Adjuster

A company is looking for a Mechanical Claims Adjuster (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Validate, approve, and authorize payment for repair recommendations on warranty claims

Collaborate with service advisers and technicians to ensure correct repairs are performed

Utilize knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs to support customer service efforts

Required Qualifications and Education

High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

3+ years of experience with current automotive mechanical and diagnostics

Must be located in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV

Automotive experience is essential
