Job Description
As a Clinical Research Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting clinical research activities. Your will work closely with study team members under the direct supervision of a research manager and support other study team members to achieve study objectives and company goals! Compassion, patient focused mindset, and collaboration are all important traits!
Develop strong working relationships with team members and office staff to build a foundation of trust and respectAssist with the screening, recruiting and enrollment of research patientsPerform patient schedulingCollect patient historyData entry and ManagementCoordinate follow-up care and laboratory proceduresAdhere to an IRB approved protocolAssist in the informed consent process of research subjectsSupport the safety of research subjectsCoordinate protocol related research procedures study visits, and follow-up careSchedule subject visits and procedures.Work with various clinical research softwareQualifications Requirements :
1+ year experience in communication skills from a medical, patient facing settingAbility to work on site Monday - Friday in Columbus, OHAbility to or Willingness to learn blood draws, scans, EKG, patient education, etc
