• Perform detailed initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' physical, emotional, and mental health.\n
• Monitor vital signs, intake / output, and other clinical indicators to identify changes in patient conditions.\n
• Carefully administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for adverse effects or allergic reactions.\n
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.\n
• Provide patient education on their condition, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.\n
• Communicate effectively with doctors, specialists, physical therapists, and social workers to develop and refine care plans.\n\nQualifications : \n\nEssential Requirements : \n
• Current and valid state RN License\n
• Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain thereafter\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n
• Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintain thereafter\n
• Previous experience in an Acute Care hospital environment\n
• Experience with ventilator management\n
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
