Join Our Team! We are looking for a talented and experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Quality Assurance Specialist to help shape the success of our innovative solutions. In this role, you will play a critical part in testing and assessing AI systems, ensuring they meet stringent performance standards and customer requirements.

Overview : As an AI Tester, you will utilize various AI frameworks to conduct thorough evaluations of our systems. Your insights will guide the development team in refining our products for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Clearance : An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for accessing classified information. US Citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.

Key Requirements :

  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Experience in leveraging AI for test planning, risk analysis, and requirement definition.
  • Proficient with AI development frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and / or Keras.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning and AI testing methodologies.
  • Skilled in interfacing with range sensors for data collection during testing.
  • Thorough understanding of autonomy testing frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills to convey design ideas and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to identify user needs and devise solutions to complex challenges.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Conduct tests and utilize the test harness developed by the team during AI events.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to AI developers based on test outcomes.
  • Engage with customers to grasp their requirements, prioritize workflow elements for different scenarios, and propose enhancements to the development team while reporting discrepancies in expected versus actual operations.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical field.
  • ISTQB certification in AI Testing or equivalent qualifications is a plus.

    • Education : A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant discipline is preferred.

    Compensation : At SimVentions, we offer a competitive compensation package. The projected annual salary range for this role is $84,000 - $119,000 (USD), which reflects the standard pay for this position and is just one part of the comprehensive compensation package we provide.
