• Contract Length : 12 weeks\n
• Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week\n
• Shift : 12-hour day shifts, staggered start times after 6 : 00 am\n
• Call Requirement : Shared call, 5-6 days / month, every 5th weekend\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary : $1,880 - $2,020 per week\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Wisconsin or compact state\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience required\n
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)\n
• Strong knowledge of circulating nurse duties in the OR; recovery care experience preferred\n
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical skills\n
• Ability to participate in shared call rotation\n\nOR RN Responsibilities\n
• Serve as the Circulating Nurse in the Operating Room for diverse surgical procedures\n
• Assist with post-anesthesia recovery care as needed\n
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to ensure safe, efficient operations\n
• Maintain accurate perioperative documentation and uphold infection control protocols\n
• Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage\n
