Paul Davis Restoration of West County is part of a national franchise organization that provides services to repair and clean up damage to residential, institutional and commercial structures from a fire, water, storm, mold, or other disasters. Responsibilities :

Draft correspondences and other formal documents

Plan and schedule appointments and events

Greet and assist onsite guests

Answer & dispatch inbound telephone calls

Develop and implement organized filing systems

Perform all other office tasks

Gather all required information from clients and input information into our restoration management software

Data entry into Quickbooks for job costs

Assist with billing, invoicing and collections

Utilize E Document software to send / receive job forms

Qualifications :

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Computer savvy
