Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This role is essential for ensuring smooth and continuous production operations at our highly automated facility. The position includes mandatory weekend work every other week, with voluntary overtime available during the week. Technicians will be responsible for maintaining advanced machinery and ensuring the optimal performance of all equipment.

Work Environment

The facility is enormous, requiring frequent walking between buildings and across the plant. One department is a dry room, necessitating specific attire such as garb and beard nets if applicable. The environment is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and well-lit, with a strong emphasis on 5S3K principles.

This is a Permanent position based out of Holland, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00 / yr.

The company offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees’ paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start. They provide $110 per week for employees to pay for babysitting services through a user-friendly app.
