Real Estate Attorney

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial real estate law, with the ability to navigate complex transactions and provide expert legal advice. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, legal drafting expertise, and a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to ensure their interests are protected throughout the real estate transaction process.

Duties

• Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing.
• Negotiate and draft various legal documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and financing agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Litigate on behalf of clients in disputes related to real estate matters when necessary.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting real estate.
• Assist clients in understanding their rights and obligations under various contracts.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

Proven experience in commercial real estate law; experience in patent law, securities law, or immigration law is a plus.

Strong research skills with proficiency in legal research platforms.

Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.

Proficient in legal drafting with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work collaboratively within a law office environment while managing individual responsibilities.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically about complex legal issues.

Pay : $81,158.59 - $120,000.00 per year
