The Sr Structural Engineer is a key contributor within the engineering team, responsible for leading complex projects from initial concept through final delivery. This role requires advanced technical expertise and the ability to integrate multiple disciplines to produce innovative, high-quality solutions. The position involves close collaboration with clients and stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and tailored outcomes are achieved. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and mentoring junior staff to support professional growth and project success.

Design & Documentation

• Create detailed structural designs and specifications that meet project requirements and performance goals.
• Apply advanced modeling tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) to improve design precision and efficiency.
• Oversee construction administration tasks, including RFIs and shop drawing reviews, with minimal oversight.
• Establish and enforce documentation standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance evaluations, providing actionable insights.
• Prepare clear, comprehensive reports and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 / yr. Company Benefits will be provided later in the interview process.
