This role requires a leader with a strong background in sales, customer service, and operations. The ideal candidate will excel in management, coaching, and problem-solving, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This individual will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of store operations, including sales management, merchandising, and team leadership.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve store targets, utilizing sales prospecting and selling techniques.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing coaching and performance feedback to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues and building strong customer relationships.
- Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives to promote the store and its products.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Effectively communicate with team members, customers, and vendors, utilizing strong interpersonal communication skills.
