  • On-Site Position\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing)\n
  • Active RN license in the state of New Mexico\n
  • Valid driver's license\n
  • US Citizenship and social security card required for healthcare facility clearance\n
  • Minimum 1 year of acute care or clinical nursing experience preferred\n
  • Flexible availability to work per scheduling policy, including 36 / 48 hour rotations\n\nRegistered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities\n
  • Deliver comprehensive acute care nursing services, including executing provider orders and medication administration\n
  • Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and treatments\n
  • Perform technical and clinical procedures within RN licensure scope\n
  • Attend sick calls, prepare exam rooms, and manage pill call operations\n
  • Assess, triage, and refer patients with illnesses or injuries as appropriate\n
  • Provide emergency nursing care and promptly notify providers for treatment orders\n
  • Supervise and mentor nursing and non-licensed clinical support staff\n
  • Maintain accurate, confidential medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations\n
  • Offer health counseling and patient education\n
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies, procedures, and pharmacy laws\n
