Progyny is seeking a Growth Marketing Campaigns Associate who will manage and execute end-to-end production of marketing campaigns to drive member acquisition and engagement.

What you'll do...

• Manage the end-to-end production process for email campaigns and push notifications.
• Develop and implement growth marketing campaigns (email, push) that align with business KPIs and drive member acquisition.
• Analyze and monitor campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conduct A / B testing to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are integrated with other marketing and product initiatives.
• Communicate campaign updates and results with stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing campaigns.
• Solicit requirements, specifications, and assets from business analysts for email campaigns.

Our perks :

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary range for NYC-based applicants is : $55,000 - $65,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought / required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
