Legacy is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner for our Molalla Family Medicine Clinic located at 861 W Main St, Molalla, OR. Our clinics support local communities by providing services to a variety of patient populations. With more than 25 clinics serving the Portland / SW Washington surrounding communities, and rural locations such as Silverton, Keizer, Sandy and St. Helens, Legacy is helping keep the Pacific Northwest healthy. Our clinics have well-supported teams to include panel coordinator, social worker, RN case manager, behaviorist, pharmacist as well as an individually assigned MA.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the patient throughout the course of treatment, including reviewing clinical history, providing the physical examination, making the diagnosis, and treating both chronic and episodic disorders.
• Work in collaboration with the team and seek the advice of a team physician whenever a case falls outside the scope of expertise.
• Maintain own panel of patients and share call coverage for the clinic.
