Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care with Primary Care in Breckenridge, MN. This is a locum position with lodging and travel allowance for out-of-town applicants.

Job Details :

Setting : Walk In / Urgent Care with Primary Care available

Duties : 72 hours of Face to Face coverage per pay period as sole provider

Days per month : 14-16

Required Procedures : Routine

EMR : Allscripts / Altera / AEHR

Support Staff : Clinic shifts are 1 provider, 1 nurse, 1 front office

Reason for Coverage : Maternity Leave coverage

Requirements :

Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA) - REQUIRED
Active MN License - REQUIRED
BLS, DEA - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice / Background - REQUIRED
COVID Vaccinated - REQUIRED

Pay and Benefits :

Competitive Hourly Rate ($80 per hour)
