Physical Therapist

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Smithtown.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Provide rehabilitation services and complete Evaluations / Screens
• Develop and improve the skills needed for the daily functioning of residents
• Accurately completes and documents all treatment procedures and functional mobility tasks in a timely manner
• Provide education on selected treatment procedures and functional activities to patients, their families, and other healthcare providers
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
