• Review plans / specs to create complete, competitive bids.
• Calculate labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Collaborate with teams to meet client goals and deadlines.
• Support PMs in turning bids into active projects.
• Join preconstruction meetings and assist with cost planning.
• Contribute to value engineering and project phasing.
• Coordinate with clients, GCs, vendors, and subs.
• Keep organized records of bids, changes, and awards.
• Represent the company professionally in all pre-award stages.
• 2-3+ years of drywall estimating experience.
• Proficiency with OST, QuickBid, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of structural framing and exterior systems.
• Experience with large commercial projects such as hospitals, casinos, hotels, and schools.
