job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDraft, review, and negotiate construction-related agreements, including : Engineering and consulting agreements Construction contracts and licenses Easements, development management, and project management agreements Collaborate closely with clients, developers, project managers, and internal teams Provide guidance on risk mitigation and legal compliance in development projects Support broader real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing as needed Conduct title and survey review and general due diligence Contribute to team development through mentorship and collaboration J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials 3–4 years of relevant experience in construction and development transactions Familiarity with data center leasing is a plus, but not required Experience in a major law firm environment strongly preferred Admission to the California Bar Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills Self-starter capable of managing significant individual responsibilities while working collaboratively Base salary range : $225,000 – $250,000, commensurate with experience Bonus eligibility Comprehensive benefits package including : 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Professional development support Additional optional benefits including disability, life insurance, and more
