Job Description
Professional level sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and acquisition. Partners with GM to manage team members. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from various channels, and directing drivers for timely delivery. This is a full-time position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain commercial customer relationships
- Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
- Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
- Support day-to-day supervision of team members
- Collaborate with GM on coaching and development
- Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards
- Maintain commercial stocking programs
- Build and maintain second source supplier networks

Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferredProven sales and customer transaction experienceExperience leading or supervising teamsEducation
High school diploma or GED required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
ASE certification preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Must be able to walk, stand, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and 100 pounds occasionally. Visual and dexterity requirements as specified.
Work Environment
Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise is possible.
Position is eligible for sales commissions based on performance.
