- Start Date : ASAP, as soon as credentialed
- Monday-Friday, 7a-3 : 30p with some weekday night call for 3p-7a. For established providers / FTE's only, providers will be working various day shifts depending on facility s needs such as 7a-3 : 30p, 3p-7a or 7a-7a.
- Weekend call is NOT required, but optional if your provider is interested!

- Average # of surgical cases per day : approx 15+ out of the department (endo, cath lab, radiology, etc)
