We are seeking an experienced Security / Telecom Superintendent to oversee the installation, coordination, and quality of security and telecommunications systems on a large-scale, mission-critical construction project. This role will serve as the on-site subject matter expert, ensuring that scopes are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in low-voltage systems (security, telecom, AV, and structured cabling) within data centers, advanced manufacturing, or similarly complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field supervision of subcontractors performing security, telecom, and low-voltage installations, including access control, CCTV, structured cabling, DAS, and related systems.
• Coordinate with General Contractor, Owner’s Rep, and trade partners to align installation activities with project schedule and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with design documents, specifications, and applicable codes / standards.
• Monitor installation progress, conduct daily walkdowns, and identify / resolve field issues.
• Oversee quality assurance and control processes, ensuring testing, inspections, and turnover packages are completed accurately.
• Support commissioning and turnover of security / telecom systems.
• Drive a safety-first culture, ensuring all subcontractors adhere to site safety requirements and protocols.
• Report progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to project leadership.
• Review submittals, RFI responses, and redline drawings to confirm constructability.
• Support integration of telecom / security systems with mechanical, electrical, and IT infrastructure.
