Design & Deliver Solutions
Lead or support the design of multi-year, commercially viable managed servicesMap client needs to standardised GDS offerings and coordinate full solution developmentProduce cost inputs, architecture artefacts, and service design deliverablesCollaborate with platform delivery, sales, and finance for validation and sign-offEngage & Influence Stakeholders
Engage internal stakeholders, with growing opportunities to influence externallyDeliver presales presentations and articulate solution value clearly and crediblyAnalyse current states, uncover transformation levers, and shape business-aligned roadmapsDemonstrate Value & Drive Innovation
Translate GDS capabilities into client outcomes and business impactIdentify gaps, risks, and differentiators during solution shapingShare customer insights to inform offering development and improve relevanceLearn, Grow & Contribute
Build fluency across GDS services (e.g. ITSM, SIAM, MIM, OCM, T&T, PMO)Contribute to team development through reviews, artefacts, and process improvementsYou will be successful in this role if you have :
Fluent in English (additional a plus)ITIL 4 Foundation certification (required)2–5 years’ experience in service management and presalesExperience engaging C-level stakeholders, with a current focus on internal engagementsFamiliarity with managed services design, costing, and delivery in an MSP environmentStrong commercial awareness and excellent communication skillsWhat Success Looks Like
