CommQuest seeks a Full Time Patient Care Coordinator in the Canto n area to float between our outpatient locations in Massillon, Canton, and Alliance. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination of patient care services. This role includes supporting healthcare providers and patients by managing appointment schedules, patient records, and coordinating communication between the healthcare team and patients. A key focus is on improving patient satisfaction and ensuring seamless, compassionate care throughout the treatment process.
