About the Role

As the Gastroenterology Fellowship Program Director , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of gastroenterology through :

• 75% Clinical / 25% Academic responsibilities
• Maintaining compliance with ACGME requirements
• Being a role model of professionalism
• Overseeing the quality of education and program curricula
• Collaborating with various departments to enhance clinical rotations
• Promoting fellow well-being and fostering an inclusive environment
• Facilitating communication between fellows and faculty
• Managing fellow recruitment and selection
• Engaging in GME research and scholarly activities
• Conducting program evaluations

Pay Range

$209.20 - $330.38 per hour
