We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Fire Sprinkler Fitter to join our team. This role is responsible for the installation of fire sprinkler systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally on job sites
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
• Monitor and respond to emails and texts promptly
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Install fire sprinkler systems according to project scope
• Identify and report scope conflicts to supervisors
• Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment
• Supervise and train apprentices / helpers
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Submit accurate timesheets and required documentation
• Manage inventory and approve packing slips
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Support production efficiency and communicate labor hour variances
• Adhere to company SOPs and safety protocols
• Respond to customer feedback and maintain high quality standards
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
