PCU RN Job Details Location : Hinesville, Georgia 31313 (near Savannah, GA) Assignment Type : Travel nursing job Healthcare Setting : Acute Care – ICU, PCU, Stepdown, float to MedSurg Shift : 12-hour day shifts Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Assignment Length : 13 weeks (09 / 16 / 2025 – 12 / 16 / 2025) Charting System : Evident (Thrive by CPSI) Estimated Weekly Salary : $1570 - $1680 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or compact state At least 1 year of recent experience in PCU, Stepdown, or ICU nursing Current ACLS, BLS (AHA or ARC), and PALS certifications required Ability to float between ICU, PCU, Stepdown, and MedSurg units as needed Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills PCU RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care in PCU, Stepdown, ICU, and MedSurg settings Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform clinical interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Accurately document patient information using the Evident (Thrive) charting system Deliver compassionate support and education to patients and families Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and float assignments Apply now to join our healthcare team and explore top travel nursing jobs in Georgia!
