The People Team Internship will allow the successful candidate to greatly enhance their real-life experiences and learn modern skillsets within the field that they are studying. It is an outstanding opportunity to get hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in team building event development and planning
• Assist in new hire onboarding planning and phone screening activities
• Assist answering basic employee questions and directing employee to the correct HR contact
• Support digitalization and organization of employee files
• Administrative duties such as filing, and data entry
• Assist with project work focusing on understanding turnover in a manufacturing environment
• Assist with project work around employee recognition programs in a manufacturing environment
• Other duties as assigned
