• Pay : $30-$40 per hour
• Benefits : Paid time off (PTO) and a 410(k)
• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM, with flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend shifts
• Location : You'll dispatch from home to job sites within a 50-mile radius of Escondido, CA

In this heating and cooling role, you'll be diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC systems, addressing airflow concerns, and implementing effective solutions. Utilizing state-of-the-art tools and streamlined processes, you'll deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and system reliability.
