Senior Privacy Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel, Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal and privacy guidance across business lines in healthcare technology and digital media

Ensure compliance with global, federal, and state privacy laws and support consumer healthcare platform initiatives

Conduct privacy training and assist with incident response and investigations

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and bar membership in good standing

7+ years of legal and privacy experience

In-depth knowledge of privacy laws, including HIPAA and FTC regulations

Experience providing privacy guidance across diverse business lines

Strong understanding of healthcare technology and consumer healthcare platforms
