Mopar eCommerce Director - Urgently Hiring!

Job Summary :   To lead the digital transformation and growth of our parts and service business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that enhances customer experience, drives online sales, and integrates seamlessly with our broader aftermarket operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy for vehicle sales, parts, and services.
• Align digital initiatives with overall business goals and dealership operations.
• Platform Management
• Oversee the performance and optimization of e-commerce platforms (e.g., dealer websites, third-party marketplaces).
• Ensure seamless integration with CRM, inventory, and payment systems.
• Oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
• Marketing & Conversion
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive traffic through SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
• Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to increase conversion rates.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, cart abandonment, and customer retention.
• Use data to identify trends, improve UX / UI, and inform strategic decisions.
• Team & Vendor Management
• Lead cross-functional teams including digital marketing, IT, and customer service.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners.
• Customer Experience
• Ensure a frictionless online shopping experience from browsing to checkout.
• Implement personalization strategies and post-sale engagement tools.
