Duties and Responsibilities :
This position will be responsible for regulatory oversight of all laws, rules and regulations for the Driver Education Licensing Assistance (DELAP) and the administrative tasks associated with the Florida Rider Training Program (FRTP). The incumbent in this position will serve as liaisons between the Department, motorcycle safety schools, and DELAP programs, to include RiderCoaches, Instructors and Examiners. This position will also be responsible for supervision, investigations and quality assurance monitoring of the FRTP, and DELAP programs.

The selected applicant must have a valid driver's license.This position involves work performed in both controlled, indoor environments as well as outdoors (exposed to weather). The selected applicant(s) will perform work activities within enclosed vehicles or equipment. Work activity will involve time spent walking as well as bending and twisting of the body to enter vehicles / equipment.Occasional overnight and extended travel is required.Position requires lifting equipment up to 100 pounds.General Information :
