What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions using proven methodologiesConduct data collection and complex analysis to identify gaps and risks, developing sustainable recommendations for improvementSummarize information and present findings to Huron and client leadership at various levelsSupervise junior project team members, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedbackDeliver tailored solutions to enhance accessibility and impact across healthcare servicesWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum of 3 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably in healthcare or consultingRelevant operations or leadership experience supervising a hospital department or team-based projectsProject leadership experience in a consulting firm focusing on inpatient performance improvementWillingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays)How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
