job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPartner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions using proven methodologies Conduct data collection and complex analysis to identify gaps and risks, developing sustainable recommendations for improvement Summarize information and present findings to Huron and client leadership at various levels Supervise junior project team members, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback Deliver tailored solutions to enhance accessibility and impact across healthcare services Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 3 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably in healthcare or consulting Relevant operations or leadership experience supervising a hospital department or team-based projects Project leadership experience in a consulting firm focusing on inpatient performance improvement Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays) Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment
