We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Tool & Mold Maker to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, crafting, maintaining, and repairing tools, dies, and molds used in production. You will work hands-on with machining, finishing, and inspection processes to ensure that tooling meets tight tolerances and performance requirements.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Build, modify, and repair molds, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges

Machine tooling components using milling, turning, grinding, and EDM processes

Perform mold and die maintenance, troubleshooting, and retiming

Collaborate with design and engineering teams on tooling improvements

Inspect tooling for accuracy, wear, and dimensional compliance

Maintain preventive maintenance records and documentation

Identify and implement process or tooling improvements for reliability and efficiency

Follow all company safety and quality standards

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Tool Maker, Mold Maker, or Tool & Die Maker

Proficiency operating manual and CNC machine tools (mills, lathes, grinders, EDM, etc.)

Ability to interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T tolerances

Strong inspection, measurement, and troubleshooting skills

Experience with injection molds or precision tooling preferred

Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Team player with good communication and problem-solving abilities
