Your Key Responsibilities :
Oversee all BTR operations catering deliveries, pickups, and ADPs ensuring excellence, care, and attention to detailRecruit, lead, and coach our BTR Captain teamFoster strong community relationships and find new ways to engage guestsCollaborate with the leadership team to support overall business health and smooth operationsWhat We're Looking For :
