Associate Director of Beyond the Restaurant

Join Our Leadership Team as an Associate Director of Beyond the Restaurant at Chick-fil-A Lenexa & Shawnee!

At Chick-fil-A, we believe in creating remarkable experiences both inside and outside our restaurants. We're looking for an Associate Director of Beyond the Restaurant (BTR) to lead our catering, delivery, and community partnership efforts at our Lenexa and Shawnee locations. If you're a motivated leader who thrives on relationship-building, coaching others, and delivering excellence in every detail, we'd love to meet you!

Position Type : Full-time

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all BTR operations catering deliveries, pickups, and ADPs ensuring excellence, care, and attention to detail
  • Recruit, lead, and coach our BTR Captain team
  • Foster strong community relationships and find new ways to engage guests
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to support overall business health and smooth operations

  • Experience in catering, logistics, or operations is a plus

  • Physically able to lift 10-25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
