About the Role :

This role involves providing general nursing care to patients and their families across various healthcare settings, working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assessment / Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment appropriate to the population or individual.
• Outcomes Identification / Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes suitable for patient needs.
• Implementation / Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
