A company is looking for a Housing Supports and Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate care management for eligible members, including assessments and individualized service plans
Assist members in securing housing and accessing benefits to support housing stability
Educate members on tenant rights and responsibilities, and connect them with community resources to prevent eviction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Social Service, Human Service, Organizational Leadership, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of three (3) years in program development, implementation, and evaluation in housing or community development
Experience in a Housing Service Organization is preferred
Familiarity with HMIS (Homeless Management Information Systems) or similar systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
